In 2025 we received a contribution towards the HAAC building electric and gas expenses from the Gábor Bethlen Fund. We use the most amount of energy during the summer months when we prepare for the Hungarian Festival.
We are grateful for the support we received from Hungary over the past few years.
Middlesex County Arts, History, and Culture
The HAAC Folk Dance Group (aka. Mákvirág) receives funds annually to teach Hungarian folk dances to children and teenagers. They regularly perform at the annual Hungarian Festival in New Brunswick, as well as other locations. https://magyarklub.org/en/folk-dance/

Csűrdöngölő Folk Ensemble
In 2022, 2023 and 2024 the Hungarian American Athletic Club received funds from Csűrdöngölő Folk Ensemble through a grant from the National Endowments for the Arts. See logos and credits below and here.
